The ideal candidate should be a graduate or holder of a qualification in English Language, Office Management, or a related field, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Organize and maintain office files and records.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.
- Provide administrative support to management and other team members.
Requirements:
- Graduate in English Language, Office Management, or related field.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
