Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain office files and records.
  • Coordinate office supplies and inventory management.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other team members.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in English Language, Office Management, or related field.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
