E. R. Opara & Co. is seeking a bright and enthusiastic Entry-level Legal Practitioner to join our firm. This position is ideal for a newly-called attorney with a strong interest in developing a career in litigation and corporate practice. It provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in court proceedings, legal documentation, and corporate advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior lawyers in court proceedings and case preparation.
• Draft legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs.
• Support corporate and regulatory compliance matters.
• Liaise with clients and government agencies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) and recently called to the bar (BL).
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Eagerness to develop expertise in litigation and corporate law.
• Good communication and analytical abilities.
